In readiness for the unshackled freedom of retirement play time, I recently purchased a fully loaded 6x berth motorhome which I am currently re-engineering to be TOTALLY "Off-Grid" capable and self-sustaining with 240v mod cons available in the middle of absolutely anywhere and nowhere. The target is.... to travel and explore as much of Europe as possible with moderate living costs/expenses and complete freedom from mortgage/rent/Council Tax/utility bills etc. Different sunrises, locations, scenery, experiences, adventures and sunsets wherever and whenever I choose. Winter sunshine along the Mediterranean. If that is not for you or you simply don't have the freedom to embrace the lifestyle, then I'm really sorry but there would be little point in making contact. Life and time stand still for nobody and I still have so much living to do. It would be great to share those times, adventures and experiences with a like-minded partner in crime :-)
Everybody's life journey is unique and very different but they all end with the same inescapable final conclusion. My life journey right now is..... savour "The Golden Years"..... make every day count..... ADVENTURE BEFORE DEMENTIA
Easy going, comfortable in my own skin (too comfortable for some) and don't take myself too seriously (but I certainly can if the occasion calls for it). Just a very normal, hard working, contented, communicative, spontaneous, adventurous, non-materialistic, down-to-earth, modern society Grand-Lad (Grandad) who enjoys an upbeat, bohemian zest-for-life with a creative "make-it-happen" mentality. Life is far too short, we only have it once and nobody has any guarantees of how or when it ends.
More comfortable in casuals but happy to boot, suit, splash some Issey Miyake and look reasonably sharp for special occasions. The things I enjoy are.... new challenges and adventures, exploring this screwed-up planet, the sun warming my lizard skin, stunning mountains/coasts/scenery (the North Coa
